Burn That Shit (Potluck + Bonfire)

Sometimes feeling Rage is a quiet event. Sometimes you don't need to act, so much as feel. Feel and Write.

No smashing. No screaming. Just you, a pen, a fire, and whatever you've been dragging behind you.

Write down the name that still twists your gut. The apology that never came. The promise that broke. The version of yourself you had to kill to survive. Then feed it to the flames—one page at a time, or all at once. Watch the smoke carry it somewhere it can never hurt you again.

Feel free to bring anything else that needs to die: photos, letters, trinkets, receipts. We'll burn it together.

Then we eat. This is a potluck. We've got burgers and veggie burgers. You bring a side, a story, or just an empty stomach.
