Some shame was never yours to carry. You've held their words, their gaslighting, their mess; packed it into your chest like it belonged there. It doesn't. Welcome to Righteous Rage: The Art of Holy Fire. These aren't polite coping classes. They're masterclass's in alchemizing pain into power.
This session: Take a watermelon. Write every word you never got to say. Every scream you swallowed. Every truth they denied you. Then smash. Smash until there's nothing left but pink pulp and a hollow, beautiful silence.
Stop carrying their shame. Leave it on the ground where it belongs.
